According to him, this application provides an ease for Jakarta residents, for example in monitoring the current condition related to inundation and complaint services which can be reported through Jak Monitor feature in JAKI app.
"I appreciate this advanced technology because it is very helpful. I can see through CCTV and Jak Pantau feature is very good feature to follow up resident's reports more quickly," he conveyed, Wednesday (9/23).

"We hope SKPDs can optimize their cooperation to solve the problems," he stated.
